COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, I’m no longer offering in person sessions. For the foreseeable future all of my sessions will be via phone, Skype, or ZOOM. Additionally, for the foreseeable future I won’t be offering in person EAMP sessions, including acupuncture. Until I resume in person sessions, I have allowed my EAMP license (LC#AC60182088) to lapse. Finally, I am taking a sabbatical from in person Rites of Passage Ceremonies until 2022 (including Handfastings, Baby Blessings, Death Tending.)

CONSENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE
- I, Ylva Mara Radziszewski, am not a licensed therapist, lawyer, or medical doctor and am not qualified to give legal counsel, mental health services, financial advice, or provide medical diagnosis, prognosis or supervision.
- For legal reasons I make no claims and do not guarantee specific results.
- In accordance with the law, we consider this work a novelty.
- Client must be 18 years or older to book One-On-One support sessions with me; guardians of minors may schedule sessions with me on their behalf.
- We are mutually accountable to communicating our needs and boundaries to one another in the context of our working relationship.
- I am a chronically ill and disabled person as well as a professional witch, there are times that I may need to cancel your session last minute as a result of an unexpected health issue. I commit to communicating with you if this is the case and will send you a 100% discount code to use when rescheduling your session. I also extend you the same courtesy in the instance of any emergency you have; providing you communicate your situation with me.
- I will keep the prepaid fee for any missed session. I will also consider you a “no show” for your appointment if you are 15 minutes late with no communication. If your circumstances prevented you from communicating with me about being late or missing a session, that’s reasonable, just let me know and we can reschedule.
- All that to say is let’s communicate with each other, hold our humanity with dignity and grace, and arrive to each other with mutual respect for our time and energy.

ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT SESSIONS (for novelty and curiosity)
- I only offer Readings and Mentorship sessions via ZOOM. You can request phone or another means of connecting.
- You are welcome to record our session, this is your responsibility to track as I will not be recording on your behalf. I do not take notes and do not keep any information about you or your sessions; out of respect for mutual privacy.
- Prepare for your session by clarifying no more than 3 goals/intentions that you wish to address. For example these can be goals that you wish to achieve, barriers you wish to address, or blockages you wish to clear.
- If you simply wish to have a reading to better understand what is in the works for you at this time, this is a wonderful intent. Please be advised that with open ended intentions like this, you may receive unexpected insights.
- I will not interpret readings that you have done for yourself or have received from another practitioner. I will only address the reading within the context and container of our session.
- I offer my work to consent and present individuals, unless previous agreements have been made or a rare exception.
- Meaning I will not do work or read on behalf of your friend, family member, co-worker, etc. unless they have booked a session with me directly, or your session centers your relationship; the living and the dead.
- We both reserve the right to terminate the session at any time and commit to discuss any causation with each other.
- Please note that your intentions and goals may be addressed in ways that challenge you and/or your expectations. My priority is helping you meet your goals, not enabling you, or making you feel good about shitty circumstances.
CUSTOM ALTAR TENDING: Spells, Rituals, Spirit Dolls, Poppets (for novelty and curiosity)
- All custom altar tending will take place over the New Moon to New Moon lunar cycle that follows our initial consultation; unless we agree something else is needed.
- I do not provide progress reports or updates during the work as this can compromise the work. Upon completion you will receive an email report. It is up to you to schedule your follow up session with me
- I don’t answer questions during the lunar cycle while working with your intentions; doing so can detract from the work.
- The fee for altar services covers my time and supplies necessary to fulfill my commitment to your custom altar tending, as well as both the intake and follow up sessions.
- On the occasion that special preparations are appropriate, those will be sent upon completion of the lunar cycle.
- Once I consent to and begin the work, I won’t stop until it is complete.
- Please note that results will vary and may be different then your expectations, this is something we will discuss in more detail during your intake session.
- I will not make a guarantee of specific outcomes. However I have a history of high success in my work and am confident in the positive intercession of this work.
- If there is work for you to do on your own, it is your responsibility to tend to this obligation; failure to do so can impact the results of the work and this impact is yours alone to account for.
- No refunds will be issued for this work.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Any work that I do on your behalf will be within the perimeters of your intent and consent as well as my personal and professional boundaries; with the knowledge that this work is not a suitable substitute for legal counsel, or medical or psychiatric care.
- This work can be transformative, and every session/ritual is different. It is your responsibility to tend to your needs during and following your sessions. If you need more support I’m available for follow up sessions and referrals.
- Clients will show up prepared for their sessions with clear intentions and a willingness to engage in the conversations and action steps necessary to achieve their goals.
- My approach to sessions is that you can take it or leave it, just be sure that you are examining what is causing you to take or leave the session.
- I’m not an expert in your life. You have hired me to consult with you regarding particular issues in your life. I will draw upon my 25 years of experience in the craft to aide you in addressing your goals. It is our mutual responsibility to be forthcoming with one another. I will only work within my boundaries and in support of your integrity. If you are asking for something that potentially compromises either of our characters, I will bring this to your attention and work with you to address the heart of the matter. If you need a referral I will do my best to provide one.
- Please do your best to show up on time for your scheduled appointment. Things happen and I’m happy to work with you if you need to be a few minutes late; simply notify me as soon as you believe you’ll be late. I will determine your session a No Show after 15 minutes.

- Payment for session is due at time of booking. I will confirm your session upon receipt of payment

- I do not book appointments or answer session related questions via text, email, phone, or social media messages unless an accommodation is requested.

FEES, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING
- I am 100% okay with getting paid for my time and labor. My offerings are culturally rooted, survival based trades and receiving money for these services is culturally relevant. As a Romani person I do not consider fee for drabaripe services to be taboo; tho I deeply respect practitioners from cultures that do.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions; unless we’ve communicated about the circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued, for any reason, following a completed session; including intakes for costum altar tending. If you are displeased with the results of your work, please see the above sections, CUSTOM ALTAR TENDING, ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT SESSIONS, & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
- My rates are fixed. I do not barter, offer trade, or negotiate my fees unless it is mutually beneficial to do so.
- It is important to note that I prioritize Trans, Gender Expansive, Black, Indigenous, Romani, Sex Workers, POC, Chronically Ill, and Disabled community members. Please keep this in mind when accessing my sliding scale. If this troubles you then perhaps I am not the practitioner for you.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your session to qualify for a full refund.
- Credits will be issued for cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your session.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of session will forfeit their session and fee; credits may be issued case by case.
- Reschedule your session at least 48 hours prior to your session to have your initial fee applied to your next appointment; otherwise the above cancellation policies apply. Exceptions can be made, just communicate with me.
- Session scheduling is done through my website on a first come, first served basis. If you need accommodations please let me know.
- Availability of sessions at specific times and days aren’t guaranteed; I’m only available for sessions during designated times, listed on my scheduling page.
CONSENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE
- By booking an appointment with me you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms laid out here; including my cancellation and payment policies.
- I do not take insurance (including LNI and PIP) and I do not keep notes for my sessions therefore I won’t be a able to submit reimbursements to any insurance on your behalf.
- Please, do not book with me if you are in opposition to these boundaries and terms of service; if you need accommodations please let me know, I’m happy to work with you.
