Mentorship

Mentorship is a guided empowerment process, similar to life coaching, that moves present forward based on your intentions and intuitive guidance from me as your mentor.  It is a form of coaching where we collaboratively address strategies to assist you reach your emotional, physical, spiritual, professional and relational goals.  It involves homework and diligent tracking of your progress on both our parts.  Together, with spirit, we work through empowering areas of your life that are serving you well and deconstructing and reclaiming the power from those things that aren't... the focus being to help you learn your medicine and express it more fully in the world!  Sessions are scheduled every 4 to 8 weeks over 12 months.

Rates: 
60 minutes:  $125
90 minutes:  $185
